Refund Policy

In the rare event that your order is constructed incorrectly or has a defect as defined by our cosmetic standards, Sawdust & Splinters will repair or replace the piece to resolve the issue.

Our furniture is made from solid wood, which naturally features unique grain patterns, knots, and other organic imperfections. Additionally, many of our designs incorporate distressing techniques, reclaimed wood methods, or a circle sawn texture—these intentional, handcrafted details are not considered defects. We also stand behind our shipping process and will repair or replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly documented upon delivery according to our instructions. However, due to the significant costs involved in manufacturing, packaging, and shipping, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
